ANNOUNCEMENTS: HELP AVOID INSURANCE CLAIMS If you plan to be away from your Estes Park home for more than 3 days during the winter, you must take reasonable precautions to protect your home from freezing. These precautions include installing a freeze alarm, turning off the main water suply line to your condo, and having your home checked frequently to detect any possible failures or freezes.
